Helping Students Achieve
Their Goals

The fact that I get to help make a difference in so many students' lives both humbles me and inspires me to do the best work I can.

What are you most proud of at work?

Our team has myriad accomplishments that I’m proud of, the most important of which are not solely ours; instead they’re shared accomplishments with our students and alumni. Whether it’s gaining admission to the university of their choice, acquiring the skills and confidence to get a promotion or new job, or simply improving their English language skills, students work hard to achieve their goals, and we get to help them do that. That’s our biggest accomplishment and the thing I’m the most proud of.

What inspires you at work?

I'm a strong believer that international education is a truly transformative experience. The fact that I get to help make a difference in so many students' lives both humbles me and inspires me to do the best work I can.

What’s the best thing about working for UW Continuum College?

Hands down, the best part of working here is our students. They inspire and impress me on a daily basis and are the reason I do the work that I do.
