Our Conference Management team works with event organizers to serve more than 4,500 conference attendees each year through every step of the process: planning and site selection, registration and financial management, and day-of logistics. From large academic conferences to short, intensive workshops, Conference Management has more than 50 years of experience managing and executing conference logistics so that our partners can concentrate on what they do best — high-impact programming.

The Conference Management team specializes in budgeting and financial management, which gives conference organizers the peace of mind that the logistics of their event will be executed seamlessly.

“One of the major advantages of working with Conference Management is that we open and manage a budget for each event and possess a deep working knowledge of the rules and requirements when it comes to important details like vendor bids, contracting, sponsor payments and speaker reimbursements,” said Paul Del Piero, interim director of Conference Management.  

In addition, Conference Management can remove the headache of payment processing with its own in-house registration system — including fees paid by credit card.
